90-Day Manufacturer’s Warranty

We want you to shop with confidence at PartsNet Canada. That’s why many of the products we sell include a 90-Day Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

What’s Covered

If your product becomes defective within 90 days of receiving it due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll work with the manufacturer to help resolve the problem.

Coverage may include:

• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
• Product failure during normal intended use within 90 days of delivery
• Replacement of defective parts approved by the manufacturer

What’s Not Covered

Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Improper installation or misuse
• Damage caused by neglect, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized/misdiagnosed repairs
• Commercial or industrial use unless otherwise specified
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect diagnosis or ordering of parts
• Incorrect parts used/installed on an appliance
• Labour costs, service calls, or installation expenses

Additionally warranty coverage generally does not apply to consumable or protective components such as water filters, air filters, light bulbs, fuses, cosmetic parts, or items subject to normal wear and tear.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To help us process your claim quickly, please have the following ready:

• Original order number or proof of purchase
• Appliance model number
• Appliance serial number
• Date part is installed
• Date issue is observed 
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the defective item (if requested)

Please contact us within the 90-day warranty period so we can assist you promptly.

Warranty Resolution

If the product is determined to be defective under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the defective product, or
• Provide an equivalent replacement as approved by the manufacturer

Replacement processing times may vary depending on supplier availability.

A Few Important Notes

• Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only
• Warranty coverage is limited to the value of the product purchased
• Shipping charges may not be refundable
