it has lasted to the end of September 2026, now it allowing grease into the washer tub, which is why I needed it in the first place.

I had to heavily modify it to fit the oven.
According to my research it was the correct part # and it looked right in the picture but it was way too narrow. Looked nice out of the box, correct voltage and wattage. Works well despite the modifications.
Unknown why it was the wrong part. I googled based on the model number and this was the right part apparently. 2* to reflect the disappointment in the fitment but thats not a judgement against the quality of the element as such.

fit my old Kenmore perfectly. I hope they are stronger than the two I had replaced. Expensive but, cheaper than replacing my fridge.
I want to return this item as it is badly scratched on both sides of the panel of glass. Please advise the RMA policy and refund what ever is possible. This is the second return and the last one was the wrong part. Levent was very helpful in getting the proper part but it is badly scratched on the sides and my wife will not accept this. I had to buy a new stove and it cost me almost $800. I would like you to arrange pickup by your courier as it cost me a fortune to send the last part back. (more then what I paid for the part. Alan
