The Aerostar Series 1100 pleated furnace air filter provides reliable MERV 11 filtration for residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC applications. Featuring 100% synthetic media, this 20x24x2 filter helps capture airborne particles while maintaining efficient airflow and protecting HVAC equipment.

The synthetic media is laminated to an expanded metal support grid on the air-exiting side, preventing pleat fluttering and maintaining uniform pleat structure for consistent performance. The heavy-duty, moisture-resistant die-cut frame helps prevent warping, cracking, and distortion under normal operating conditions, while the bonded media pack helps eliminate air bypass.

Designed for 20x24x2 HVAC systems, the Aerostar Series 1100 MERV 11 filter handles air velocities up to 500 FPM.
