Glenn Thursby Before U ordered a bezel for my washing machine I called Partsnet and spoke to a representative who assured me I was buying an OEM original part. When delivered, the bezel
had an extra port (hole) in it. I reached out to Partsnet again, and after some back and forth, I asked them it they’d open one of there identical part numbers box to compare. I was told that was not possible (?!). Poor customer service on their part.
